These comments apply to the condo management, and not to this specific unit. My wife and I are seniors. We stayed at mariners west for many years and always enjoyed it very much. Several years we rented a unit for the entire month of May. However the last year we were there, we had been there only one night, when the manager, Me. Shirley Owings, flipped out of her mind and ordered us to pack our belongings and vacate the premises. She even had the sheriff to come and ensure we left. We have never before or since been treated so awfully. And she kept over $300 that she was not due when she gave us a refund. After contacting her several times she refused to give us our full refund. So if Ms. Owings has not been committed and she's still managing this beautiful place, BEWARE! She's subject to doing anything without any warning or provocation.
